May is Mental Health Awareness Month - as you consider wellness programming we are excited to share a new offering from DJ Hesta Prynn.
A licensed clinical therapist and sought after speaker on the intersection of music and wellness, Hesta has created an exciting live offering called Inner Mix, a wellness-infused dance party that is a mix of music and motivation.
This event is a perfect fit for off-sites and leadership conferences. She will next be bringing it to the main stage of the Publicis Health Media "Healthfronts" in NYC, and at Cannes Lions in June.
