799 Broadway is the newest building in the coolest NYC neighborhood. This trend-setting boutique building, with 22,478 RSF of remaining space, located in the heart of Greenwich Village, was designed with a healthy environment in mind. A touchless experience throughout the building, 799 Broadway offers smaller floor plates providing companies with more control over the space and design.
High Line Nine gives away the essential details right in the name: it is a collection of eight beautiful galleries + on-site cafe, and located indeed directly below its namesake public space, one of NYC’s most beloved destinations for both locals and tourists alike to gather. The galleries range in size from 474 square feet to 2534, to accommodate everything from small, intimate shows, to epic, large-scale exhibitions.
