The Midtown Loft is located just 2 blocks north of the Empire State Building. The venue is comprised of a smaller 2,000 square foot 10th Floor Studio as well as an 11th Floor Studio and a Penthouse, each spanning 4, 500 square feet. All spaces are fully furnished and endowed with fantastic light and views from windows facing north, south and west.

The Penthouse features additional light from 4 skylights, a charming country kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, complete with an open shower and a vintage clawfoot bathtub.

The 11th Floor Studio boasts antique wide-plank oak floors, a fireplace with a mantle, built-in bookcases, and a cherry wood staircase leading up to the Penthouse.

On the 10th Floor, a smaller 2,000 square foot studio shares the same light and views as well as unique cement floors and a compact, apartment-style shooting kitchen.
