Roger Taylor

Best known as drummer of the iconic British band Duran Duran, some may be surprised to know that Roger Taylor’s career as a DJ began over two decades ago. When he’s not performing with the band to sold-out crowds all over the world, Roger can be spotted DJ’ing alongside Louie Vega at the Blue Marlin in Ibiza, at The Boom Boom Room in NYC, as a guest DJ in the super private club Annabel’s in London, or in the legendary Spy Bar in Chicago.

  • Roger Taylor is that rarest of talents, drummer and founding member of one of the greatest musical groups in all history - Duran Duran - and yet never content to rest on those laurels. The Birmingham England legends have wracked up more than 100 million in record sales, achieved 30 UK top 20 singles, as well as UK top 5 albums in five consecutive decades, and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2022. But Taylor’s time spent in the most famous/infamous London and New York dance clubs, absorbing sets by now legends like Carl Cox and Frankie Knuckles, made an indelible imprint on him - leading to his launching a side career as a DJ in the early 90s, which enthusiastically continues to this day. His musical style is particularly unique, taking in his greatest influences from rock, hip-hop, electro, house and, of course, the best of the 80s.

  • Playing an eclectic mix of Rock, Hip Hop, various forms of House, up-to-the-minute dance tunes and even a bit of 80’s Electro, Taylor always delivers scintillating sets that keep dance floors pumping.

  • Corporate events and headline DJ guest spots at international nightclubs and lounges from Ibiza to New York and beyond.

  • 2022 saw Roger playing Pacha in Ibiza as well as being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
